The accessory connects wirelessly to an iOS or Android smartphone, allowing you to use the Apple Carplay or Android Auto environments full screen on your original Volvo multimedia.
Volvo Apple Carplay uses the original 9″ monitor, so the original Volvo look is maintained. The device’s menu is controlled using the original system’s controls. Steering wheel switches, controller, Touch Screen, maintaining the original Volvo driving experience. Carplay module is fully integrated with the original car’s parking systems – the device will automatically switch to the rear camera or parking sensors when reversing and switch off when shifting. Module integration wiring harness is connected to the original car connectors, so there is no need to cut and solder any connections. The device is fully ready to use and requires no additional programming.
